Property information and valuations

All property details, descriptions, photographs, floor plans and valuations published on this website are provided in good faith and for general information only. They do not constitute a formal valuation, survey or legal advice.

Market appraisals provided by The Good Homes are indicative only and represent our professional opinion at a given point in time. They are not a guarantee of sale price and should not be relied upon as such.

Property particulars are prepared with care but may be subject to error or omission. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including commissioning appropriate surveys and seeking independent legal and financial advice.

Our services

The Good Homes acts as an estate agent and introduces buyers and sellers. We are not party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we accept no liability for any loss arising from a transaction that does or does not proceed.

Where we are instructed to act on behalf of a seller, the terms of that instruction are set out in a separate agreement. These website terms do not form part of any instruction agreement.

We comply with the Estate Agents Act 1979 and all relevant legislation governing the conduct of estate agents in England and Wales, including anti-money laundering regulations under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017.
